5. Refusal of Service

  • The Client fails to disclose critical information affecting the service.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Company will work with the Client to reach an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the laws of the Province of New Brunswick.
